This is the first distillery to open in Paris in over a century! The two brothers Sébastien and Nicolas source their ingredients from the famous Rungis International Market. With a mixture of know-how, carefully selected raw materials and a hint of intuition they handcraft delicious, artisanal spirits in the heart of Paris.
Their Spirits are truly exceptional, with amazing aromatics and great depth of flavour. Produced only in tiny batches these Spirits are most definitely worth discovering. If it were to exist they would be the Grand Cru Classe of Spirits !
