Winery
Château Baulac Dodijos is situated in the commune of Barsac, in the heart of the prestigious Sauternes appellation. The vineyard covers 10 hectares of land planted in clay-limestone soils which provide optimum growing conditions for our 40 year old vines.

Serve with soft cheeses, washed rind cheeses, blue cheeses, foie gras, cheesecake, fruit-based desserts and ice creams.
Tasting Note
This wine has a delicate nose and offers complex and expressive aromas. The palate is dominated by notes of honey, confected fruit, and mango.
