Domaine Bouche

PIERRY, 1920 A CHAMPAGNE FAMILY

In 1920, Abel Bouché was a farmer with one hectare of land in the Champagne region. It was with the arrival of his son Pierre that they decided to create Champagne Bouché. It was Pierre who passed on his passion for bubbles to our father Bruno in 1987.

1987 LIMOUX

Bruno and Bernadette Bouché, in search of a new terroir, and above all in search of the origins of champagne, decided to set up in La Digne d’Aval, an old village in the Limoux region, the land of the very first sparkling wines in the world. Initially set up as winegrowers (1989), it was in 1992 that the winery was created to blend our first wines.
