Heir from the family tradition, Charles-André Jany, the owner and the winemaker of Domaine des Griffes is doing a “passion” job; passion that he has since he is young.
After his degree in oenology, as a Compagnon-Artisan,Charles has done his tour of France which allowed him to increased his know-how in prestigious Cellar such as in Bordelais (Entre-Deux-Mers and Médoc), Côtes du Rhône (Côte Rotie and Gigondas), Alsace, but also abroad in south Africa and in Turquie.
In an other hand, he realises his dream. For almost ten years, he is creating and runs this estate from one land by one land, one vine by one vine.
Their wines are pleasure wines, fruity and fresh.
