The history of Field LATOUR-GIRAUD extends over three centuries and goes up at the end of XVII. Today, the Field is directed by Jean-Pierre LATOUR ensuring the wine production, the wine making, the breeding and marketing; it is assisted in its work by his sister Florence who occupies herself of the administrative part.
Jean-Pierre Latour has 10 hectares under vine in Meursault. Wonderfully sited vineyards, low yields, meticulous winemaking and no fining or filtration, make this one of the most exciting domaines in the village at present.
The domaine is currently in organic conversion.
