The ladybug, symbol of organic farming, represents the antithesis of the use of insecticides which destabilize the ecological balance by killing insects indiscriminately.
Currently, 20 hectares of vines spread over the communes of Gorgier and Vaumarcus make up the estate. Certified Bio-Suisse since 1992, it is the oldest organically grown estate in the “Neuchâtel” appellation.
Numerous and varied, the domain’s specialties bring an exotic touch to their palette of traditional grape varieties.
